WE BELIEVE
Women know what is best for their lives at this time and sometimes need our support to bring out their own inner voice. We believe there is no room here for judgment. We respect that we have the privilege to sit with a woman as she makes pivotal decisions in her life, whether these decisions are about pregnancy, STI testing, birth control – all aspects of reproductive healthcare. We believe in accurate information and compassionate support.
WE PROMISE
To bring you into our vision of a better world for women. We will train and guide you through our programs and services. More than training, we promise to ask for and listen to your ideas. We are more, much more, than simply an equal opportunity employer. Our team members make a difference in the lives of women and those who love them. Northland Family Planning Centers are always accepting resumes and job applications from responsible, caring and hard-working individuals. Our employees are special people...all are pro-choice, passionate advocates for women's health.
